Membership Options

Membership FAQ’S

  • To start your Membership subscription you will need a valid credit card and email. Your credit card will be kept on file and automatically charged every month based on the Membership subscription you have chosen. You can select the day of the month to best suit you.

  • We'd hate to see you go, but we understand that life circumstatnces can change. All you have to do is notify us in writing 30-days prior to canceling and we will cancel your Membership Subscription. We also allow you to pause your Membership for up to 3 months within a calendar year.

  • No worries! Your monthly service will rollover to the next month or you can use the price of the monthly charge toward product purchases!

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the appointment will be considered to have been used and an available Membership or Rollover Treatment will be redeemed.

  • If you are a commitment phobe... dont worry! Memberships are on a month to month basis. No long term commitments! You may cancel at anytime. You just need to notify us in writing 30-days prior to canceling.

Membership Terms and Conditions

A valid credit card and email address is required for participation in PaulaLeeBeauty Esthetic’s Membership Subscription program. Your credit card will remain on file and will be automatically charged the amount recorded each month on the same date.

A one time setup fee in the amount of $10.00 is required to enroll in any of the PaulaLeeBeauty Esthetics’s Membership Subscription program.

The benefits associated with a PaulaLeeBeauty Esthetics’s Membership Subscription program include a monthly treatment/service, unique offers, promotions and retail product discounts. Monthly Membership Treatments are to be redeemed each month. Membership Treatments that are not used during their respective Membership Month can rollover and be used for12 months after their respective Monthly Charge Date, as long as the member is an active member. Members are permitted to redeem one Rollover Treatment per Membership Month, in addition to the current month’s Membership Treatment, or they may apply the amount of the monthly Membership Subscription toward product purchases.

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the appointment will be considered to have been used and an available Membership or Rollover Treatment will be redeemed. If a Membership Treatment is not available, members will be charged 50% of the regular price of the scheduled treatment.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

The minimum, non-cancellable, term of a membership is one(1) month. After the minimum term, memberships will be automatically renewed for successive one month periods, unless and until the membership is canceled.

Memberships may be suspended for up to three months per calendar year. During suspension, membership benefits may not be used, including rollovers and special member savings or offers.

Memberships may be canceled at any time with at least thirty (30) days written notice after the initial one(1 month minimum term. PaulaLeeBeauty Esthetics reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Membership Subscription program upon advance prior written notice to its members and to cancel membership at any time. Upon cancellation of a membership, members will no longer be entitled to use the benefits of the Membership Subscription program, including redemption of unredeemed Membership Treatments, Rollover Treatments and discounted Gift Cards.

PaulaLeeBeauty Esthetics retains the right to terminate membership at any time, for any reason.
