Please read the following policies regarding any appointments at PaulaLeeBeauty Esthetics, LLC.
LATE ARRIVAL:
Here at PaulaLeeBeauty Esthetics we have a 10 minute late policy. If you are running late, please send a text to us to let us know. Please note your services will be shortened by the amount of time you are late. If you are more than 10 min late and unable to make it to your appointment in the grace period time frame(first 10 min of your appt), you will have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% of the services scheduled. We value you as a client and thank you for respecting our time as we respect yours!
MISSED/CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS:
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. All cancellations and changes must be made during business hours. All DMs, emails and texts regarding the salon are only checked and responded to during business hours.
CANCELLATION FEES:
If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% the cost of the scheduled service. If you cancel same day, less than 24 hours prior or do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the scheduled service. In order for these fees to be waived, any appointment changes and cancellations must be made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment AND within our business hours. Please understand it is YOUR responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
CHANGING SCHEDULED SERVICES:
If you are booked for several services and need to remove part of the services you are currently booked for, you must notify us within 24 hours or you will be charged 50% of the service you are wanting to remove. Please note you are reserving a specific time frame for each visit according to services you booked.
GIVING YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO OTHERS:
Under no circumstances can you give your appointment to someone else. For example, if you need to cancel your appointment, your mom/sister/friend cannot show up to that appointment without asking permission first, as we have a long waitlist of clients who need to get in for services that we would offer the appointment to first. If this is something you would like to do, please just ask us first.
HEALTH AND SICKNESS:
We understand that health emergencies and sickness are legitimate reasons for cancelling an appointment, and we urge people to stay home if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness. However, due to this being out of our control, we must still enforce our cancellation policy.
CHILDREN/GUESTS/ANIMALS:
For the safety and sanitation of our guests, Paula Lee Beauty Esthetics, LLC does not allow additional guests, children, or animals without an appointment at the salon.
PAYMENT:
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. PaulaLeeBeauty Esthetics, LLC reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.
REFUNDS:
All transactions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
TIPPING:
It is customary to tip anyone who provides you with a service, and is always much appreciated. The customary tip for spa services is between 10-20%. This includes all services such as waxing, facials, brows, lashes, massage, etc.
